5- The License compensation shall be exclusive of regular maintenance charges and electricity bill.

10- The Licensee shall pay the compensation for each month on or between 1st to 5th of the month
for which it is due, non payment
of compensation (dishonour of advance cheque)in the above period shall attract a penalty of
Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) per day which shall have to be paid by the Licensee to the Licensor along with the compensation of the month for which it is due
