Terms & Conditions:
1- The Property shall be given on License with a deposit of Six months and the running current
month advance.
2- An increase in the License fee every 11 months by 10
3- Advance cheques shall be required for 11 months in advance.
4- There shall be an agreement for Five years with a lock-in period of Three years.
5- The License compensation shall be exclusive of regular maintenance charges and electricity bill.
6- An electric connection of 3 (Three) KVA in the premises shall be provided alongh with, any
provision for extra load and any extra expenses for any such fittings shall have to be borne
by the Licensee.
7- The Licensee shall follow the guidelines for load designated by MPPKVCL / (MPSEB).
8- (C)To pay all charges for electricity as per the electric meter reading and the Building maintenance charges as per the rules of the society every month during the period for which the License shall continue to be in force.
9- The Licensee shall also pay the regular maintenance cost for the space provided by the society on ground floor for the DG set, and
the Satellite receiver installed on the Top floor if needed and demanded by the Licensee in
future, as per the rules of the Building maintenance society.
10- The Licensee shall pay the compensation for each month on or between 1st to 5th of the month
for which it is due, non payment
of compensation (dishonor of advance cheque)in the above period shall attract a penalty of
Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) per day which shall have to be paid by the Licensee to the Licensor along with the compensation of the month for which it is due.
